I just got sometime to play around, and found that by adding a slave dataref, we can make the dial sound....

That!s a nice find! I'm still on a camping in Italy, I'll return home in a week or so and have a look then.

Yeah, and by the same way, for Speed, VS, Baro etc.

Interestingly HDG is working already by your original dataref

I'm a little confused. In the latest version of the ToLiss A319 it seems all sounds work. And I didn't change anything in the profile. @zephyrzhang Can you confirm this?

Hi Sander, if the sound is working for you, then it is definitely something to do with sound pack - KOSP

If so, please ignore this issue, you just kept what dataRef you were using. You can inform anyone who is using 3rd party sound pack, they can use my method, to add one slave dataRef which linked with their sound pack

Well, I use the same soundpack and tested both with and without. But before I went on holiday I did not have the sound. So your report is valid, but somehow it's fixed on my side.
I know computer problems don't fix themselves at all, so I don't like that I can't reproduce this anymore. :)

That is weird!I am on Toils 319 latest version and X-plane 12.06 rc3

Let me try to restore your original profile and test the sound right away ....

Just tried, toils 319 1.9 with KOSP 1.2.1 still without using slave dataref, there will be no sound at all.

Just to confirm, the first dataref was yours, to set speed, the second dataref is what im saying for sound.

That is indeed the setting I used. But the dataref you use as slave gives an error on my side: it doesn't exist... So something in our two sims is different.

This is definitely activate my interests! Hahahaha

I tend to not install too much plugins, in fact I only had limited plugin that are essential to my sim environment.

I can share a list with you later.

BTW, can you search via dataRef tool, for anything start with cktp/xxxxxxxxx

I want to identify which is cktp, is this a plugin related dataRef? Or others

I did search for cktp and found nothing... So I'm curious what plugin is using that kind of dataref. However, I did find a mention on a forum here: https://www.mobiflight.com/forum/topic/6332.html
So it might be connected to ToLiss, but it's not on my system. Let's ask on Discord if anyone else knows about this dataref.

Here is my plug-in list.

So it seems like, my Toilss is running a different set of code, which accidentally use different dataref link sound.....super wired.

Wow... I feel so incredibly stupid... Every time I wanted to type ckpt I typed cktp. Sorry for wasting your time! I will implement this slave dataref immediately.

The only thing that still puzzles me is why I do hear the sound while you do now. Anyway, no harm in adding that animation dataref, I guess.

Edit: Ah, we have a problem for ALT. I can't add a slave dataref anymore now that we use expressive commands for that encoder.
And another thing: I can only see datarefs for push. Not pull or rotating. :(

PS, share with you my expressive command for your reference. I only added slave dataref for rotation btw.

In your screenshot you have altitide and not altitude. Is that correct? You could widen the window to see if there's an error at the end of the dataref.
