At the moment the knobs go up and down with single presses. There is no way to change the direction earlier. A long press should toggle the direction.

The way to do this is to use the LastPosition, but interpret it differently.

I've done this with most of the keys. But the way it works is not intuitive. So I need to get a better way to do this. I just don't like having single presses go down and long presses go up. Besides, for some keys - like the baro - the long press is already taken.
