Fire panel

To activate the test switch, one needs to keep pressing it. There is a left and right option, but I can't use short and long presses for this.

The light is either R:laminar/B738/comm/rtp_R/offside_tuning_status or R:laminar/B738/comm/rtp_R/am_status

Lights test

Since there is no writable dataref I'll need some LUA to keep track of the switch to decide if it should go up or down when in the middle position.

The test mode is only accessible with a long press when using the mouse. So we chould replicate that.
